It’s been a while since our last update CTF365 enthusiasts and we want you to know that even though we haven’t started yet, we are moving towards our starting point. We have good news for you.
First of all I want you to present a new team member:
Please welcome Mr Glitch. We call him Glitch because of the landing page glitch effect. He is the one who implemented it. Also he is the one who, for the past months has taken care of almost everything on CTF365, from the backend all the way up to the frontend. We can honestly say that he is CTF365’s Godfather. Great asset for our small team.
As you might seen our last post on Facebook page or on our Twitter account, we made a big leap regarding CTF365. Even though we are still performing tests at this point, we manage to implement the build fortress module. One click, and you can connect to your fortress through vnc console, reboot it, or shut it down.
Want to start building your fortress? No problem, you’ll be two clicks away: “New Server > Name your Fortress> Choose operating system > Create Virtual machine”. That’s simple.
Once created you’ll be able to connect through the vnc console.
It took us longer than we anticipated but it was worth the wait.
What’s next? We started to work on the game design and soon we’ll come up with the first CTF365 campaign where everybody who unlocked the goodies can participate.
Regarding our very first CTF365 campaign all I can say is that we’ll mimic a National Agency network where you’ll have to test your hacking skills. This campaign will be perfect for all that want to play offensive security.
Any questions? Glad to answer.
